Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk, to drive speed, service, and quality in a high‑volume environment. You will be physically present on the line and on the floor during every rush, shaping pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, product, and profit, but you’ll do it standing next to your team rather than from an office. This role demands relentless floor presence and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume settings.
• Comfortable leading shifts and working beside the team on the floor.
• Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on line, at the oven, and at the register during peak periods.
• Lead operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards on every shift.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and shift leaders.
