Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor—hands-on, on line, and on register during every rush. This player-coach energy keeps pace with the team and drives performance, not supervision from an office.

You will own people, product, and profit within four walls, but you will do it side-by-side with your team, not from behind a desk. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where floor presence matters every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and operational metrics
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach while on shifts
• Data-driven with strong guest-service mindset

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team (line, register, drive-thru) during rushes
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction in real time
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
