Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience with high-volume, fast-paced concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on the floor alongside the team during every peak period.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
