Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This is a hands‑on, high‑tempo GM role where you are on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, coach and develop the staff, manage schedules and costs, and uphold brand standards with relentless floor presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high‑volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations on the floor and drive guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members, manage schedules and labor costs.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and brand standards daily.
• Own P&L metrics and operational initiatives with strong accountability.
