Qualifications

• Prior hands-on mechanical experience in a shop environment is required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge with teamwork ability.
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign work to technicians and track shift productivity.
• Lead shift meetings, review Repair Orders, and ensure warranty adherence.
• Triage customer drive-ins and communicate work priorities to technicians.
• Manage yard scheduling, parts inventory, and shop 6S standards.
• Oversee quality inspections, safety, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Handle payroll, POs, invoices, and cost controls within budget.
