• 8 years of progressive hands-on fleet maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for team guidance.
• Knowledge of EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
• Proficiency with fleet maintenance systems such as Dossier.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance staff.
• Support preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
• Review reports on road calls, breakdowns, inventory.
• Provide hands-on maintenance on shop floor.
• Coordinate training sessions for drivers and shop personnel.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Prepare fleet inventory and budgets.
• Move equipment between divisions.
