Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, organize and supervise the Division's maintenance staff and fleet support, ensuring reliability, safety and cost‑effective performance. • High School diploma is required.
• Requires 15+ years of progressive hands-on experience in fleet management.
• Solid project management, resource planning, oral and written communication skills.
• Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and relevant regulations (EPA, DOT, OSHA).
• Ability to manage complex situations with strategic and tactical priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise maintenance staff and activities.
• Maintain preventive/corrective maintenance programs and standards.
• Oversee fleet budgets and cost controls for maintenance.
