Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, organize, and supervise the Division's maintenance staff and functions.

This role ensures fleet condition, equipment reliability, safety, and cost-effective fleet performance in partnership with the Regional Maintenance Manager and Operations teams. The position requires extensive hands-on maintenance leadership, managing hiring, training, and preventive maintenance programs while ensuring EPA, DOT, and OSHA compliance across the

Competenze

Progressively responsible fleet management experience; background in Waste Services, Transportation, Maintenance, Parts administration preferred.
Strong project management, resource planning, and written/spoken communication skills.
Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and general knowledge of industry regulations (EPA, DOT, OSHA).
Ability to manage complex, dynamic situations with strategic and tactical priorities.

Mansioni

Plans, organizes and supervises maintenance staff and functions.
Maintains preventive/corrective maintenance programs and service standards.
Reviews status reports on road calls, repairs, inventory, and safety performance.
Provides hands-on maintenance assistance as needed.
Educates drivers on DVIRs, vehicle operation, and CDL basics.
Manages data input in the vehicle maintenance system.
Oversees regional maintenance budgets and cost control.
