Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, evaluation and improvement of the project management team's efficiency.
• Participate in customer site visits, proposal and contract development/reviews.
• Take the project from sales through development into execution; maintain communication with the Project Sales Representative.
• Interact with customers, engineers, vendors and others throughout design and planning phases.
• Develop and maintain an overall project schedule; highlight critical path items and anticipate issues.
• Regularly communicate project status including schedule, financials, risk, quality and safety.
