Newmark Occupier Solutions seeks a skilled Mobile Facilities Engineer to support six sites in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You will travel between locations in a company vehicle, performing preventive maintenance and responsive work orders to keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems running smoothly.

This role requires multi-trade hands-on experience, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety protocols and accurate

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of hands-on multi-trade facilities maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or automotive environments.
• Competent computer knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and PM schedules.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and daily site-to-site driving.
• Proficiency with CMMS or work order platforms (Corrigo, Service Channel, IBM Maximo).
• EPA Section 608 Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire (reimbursement available).
• Familiarity with BAS/BMS and ability to interpret alarms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Execute PM rounds across 6 locations per CMMS schedule.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Escalate licensed trades when needed and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Communicate status, ETA and resolution to site managers and end-users.
• Maintain work order documentation with photos, labor time, and parts.
• Assist with office furniture installation, moves, and interior repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and document quotes/proposals.
• Submit daily activity logs and support quarterly reporting.
