Qualifications

• Experience with maintaining HVAC systems and building infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and lighting issues.
• Willingness to perform outdoor and indoor maintenance in a facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair air compressors and related equipment.
• Inspect and maintain lighting, electrical components, and plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain security camera systems and eyewash stations; ensure safety compliance.
• Repair drywall, paint, and perform basic office maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report roof leaks and other facility issues; coordinate repairs.
• Assist with exterior upkeep, parking areas, and landscaping coordination when needed.
