Job summary

Glenn Metalcraft is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance department in Princeton, MN. You will perform routine HVAC maintenance, service air compressors, inspect lighting and camera systems, address roof leaks, and assist with general repairs across offices and production floors.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights and use of ladders.
• Experience with power and hand tools.
• Prior manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly HVAC maintenance and service as needed.
• Service and troubleshoot air compressors.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor lighting and camera systems.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, eye wash stations, and related facilities.
• Address roof leaks and general office repairs.
• Coordinate with lawncare and snow removal services.
• Support maintenance projects and teamwork across facilities.
