Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II in Winona, MN to maintain and repair facility systems and equipment. The role supports production and engineering, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance across buildings and services.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. This is a safety‑sensitive, full‑time position with a daytime schedule and opportunities for growth within a high‑tech

Qualifications

• 2 year degree preferred or equivalent; 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Must understand OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with suppliers, internal customers and contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Adjust time clocks at all buildings and perform fire extinguisher inspection
• Maintain/repair furniture and fixtures throughout all buildings
• Perform preventative maintenance as required
• Assist with plumbing, electrical and HVAC for installations of new equipment and moving existing machines
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance
• May perform car maintenance and repair work on company vehicles
