Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Technician for a site in Fairfield, OH. The role involves hands-on maintenance of a large facility, performing preventive maintenance, and basic HVAC/electrical troubleshooting, with general building repairs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong safety focus, CMMS familiarity, and the ability to operate in a demanding environment. This contract position offers 1st shift with conversion to full-time at around $28/hour and onsite

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and hands-on maintenance experience.
• HVAC and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Able to perform physical labor (50+ lbs) and use tools.
• CMMS familiarity and ability to learn basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document building systems.
• Record readings and adjust equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical circuits and systems.
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks.
