Nationwide Realty Investors is seeking a skilled Technician, Facilities to join our team in the Columbus area. The role spans plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC maintenance and grounds upkeep to ensure a safe, reliable environment.

You will handle preventive maintenance, work with vendors, and support non-standard shifts as needed. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are required for this non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of HVAC mechanical and life safety systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance service and repairs in a specialized technical and skilled trade for the organization’s facilities.
• LANDSCAPE/DAY SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Assists in coordination and performance of landscape maintenance duties.
• STRUCTURAL: Carpentry, masonry and painting functions as related to facility maintenance.
• ELECTRICAL: Installation, testing and repair of electrical distribution and wiring systems.
• HVAC & HVAC OPERATIONS: HVAC maintenance and life safety systems testing.
