Responsibilities

• Participate in all Company safety programs and promote safe work methods.
• Perform breakdown, preventative, and corrective maintenance as needed.
• HVAC maintenance including inspections, adjustments and repairs.
• Install and maintain lighting and electrical wiring and equipment.
• Read blueprints and work from drawings to install or service systems.
• Work with management to support change management and on-call obligations.
