Axiom Custom Products is seeking a hands-on Head of Facilities to keep our 75,000 sq. ft. operation running safely and efficiently in Portland, Oregon.

You will lead a small facilities team and own building operations, production equipment, EHS, vendors, fleet, and projects. This on-site leadership role requires strong maintenance expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage budgets and documentation while improving reliability across CNC routers, lasers, robotics, and related

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with OSHA/EHS, safety programs, inspections, and compliance.
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, budgets, projects, and documentation.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Lead a two-person facilities team and oversee building operations, production equipment, EHS, vendors, fleet, maintenance, and facilities projects.
• Own preventive maintenance and equipment reliability across CNC routers, lasers, robotics, compressed air, dust collection, paint/powder-coat systems, forklifts, and more.
