Dark Burn Creative is seeking a hands-on Facilities Lead to manage daily maintenance and operations for two buildings in Woodland Hills, CA. The role requires practical skills in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general repairs, with a focus on proactive maintenance and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing and electrical issues.
• Experience managing outside vendors and coordinating service providers.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Proactive and organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs throughout both office buildings.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures, and troubleshoot restroom/kitchen issues.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing bulbs, troubleshooting lighting, and identifying issues requiring a licensed electrician.
• Complete general handyman tasks: patching, painting, hardware repairs, furniture assembly, shelving installation.
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance schedule for facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor services for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, pest control, and other needs.
