Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a knowledgeable Maintenance Department Lead to head the maintenance team and ensure safe, clean, and functional facilities for guests and staff. The role requires hands-on leadership across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems along with strong organizational and safety compliance discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in general facility maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electric, HVAC and basic mechanics.
• Supervisory maintenance or construction management experience.
• Ability to diagnose root causes of failures and suggest solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee day to day operational aspects of facility maintenance including accommodations, grounds, restaurants and guest services.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest safety and satisfaction.
• Carry out and oversee operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the operational processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Respond to after hours calls and ensure prompt response to guest needs and concerns to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resources and staff efficiently and effectively.
