The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead a roughly $2 million operation, overseeing LARS Restaurant & Bar, banquets, and all F&B touchpoints. This hands-on leadership role will drive service standards, team development, and financial performance.

You will coach supervisors on floor leadership, optimize scheduling, manage costs, and collaborate with the culinary team on beverage programming and promotions.

• 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership in a full-service hotel or similar
