Job summary

Event Network, LLC in Minneapolis seeks a Sales Lead – Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting daily café and marketplace operations. This entry-level supervisory role assists the Store Directors in leading the team to meet sales and guest experience goals.

You will perform keyholder duties, open/close procedures, and balance cash while blending food, beverage and retail responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage, café, or barista experience preferred.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience valued.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced food and retail environments.
• Food handler certification preferred (where required).

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to deliver exceptional guest service and model company standards of performance and behavior.
• Supports Store Director F&B in leading the sales and café team to ensure optimal guest experiences.
• Provides real-time coaching and guidance to team members during shifts.
• Resolves guest service issues in partnership with store leadership.
• Balances cash and performs opening/closing procedures, including safe balancing.
• Maintains accurate cash handling procedures and ensures completion of register transactions.
