Holiday Inn Express – Lincoln Airport is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards. The role combines hands-on cleaning with hands-on leadership to guide a team of housekeeping staff and maintain a welcoming hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee guest room inspections, supervise stayover service, and train team members while ensuring timely scheduling and supply management to uphold

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping operations in a hotel setting.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of housekeeping staff.
• Keen eye for cleanliness and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Perform stayover room service and assist with cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Inspect hallways and public areas for cleanliness and appearance.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate with the relevant department.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready for arrival.
• Assist with laundry operations as needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Train and coach housekeeping team members.
• Maintain productivity standards and scheduling.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure procedures align with IHG brand standards and training requirements.
