You will coordinate with overseas factories, design installation systems, and drive divisional quality initiatives while engaging directly with engineering staff on technical challenges. Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with engineering project experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects and teams.
• Technical expertise in electrical engineering, electronic systems, or industrial controls/automation.
• Skilled in reading/creating drawings; familiar with AutoCAD.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of NEC and UL standards and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct Engineering activities ensuring alignment with division objectives and customer commitments.
• Hands-on technical leadership, partner with engineers on system designs and reviews.
• Lead root cause analysis to improve performance, reliability and quality.
• Oversee supplier selection, development and performance management.
• Primary liaison between Division and overseas manufacturing partners.
• Identify and implement improvements in engineering processes and product design.
• Support resolution of complex product, system and warranty challenges.
• Manage engineering personnel: recruit, train, mentor and review performance.
• Contribute technical expertise to marketing initiatives and customer engagements.
