Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years designing and delivering industrial control cabinets or related systems with leadership experience.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, robots, VFDs, safety standards, and control-panel technologies.
• Familiarity with electrical CAD/CAE tools and document control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering team and set priorities, plans, and performance measures.
• Own the engineering lifecycle from requirements to commissioning and continuous improvement.
• Ensure designs meet customer needs and applicable standards (UL 508A, NFPA, IEC).
• Drive standardization, cost reduction, and value engineering through design simplification.
