Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on full stack engineering experience with a proven technical background.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow internal engineering teams.
• Experience transitioning work from vendor to internal teams.
• Comfortable managing across hybrid stacks.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical management involving hands-on coding and debugging.
• Manage and grow the internal engineering team.
• Own the strategic relationship with external delivery partners.
• Guide engineering standards and quality across product pods.
• Identify technical debt and ensure platform reliability.
