Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years leading or supervising engineers.
- B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Lean, continuous improvement, SPC, and root-cause analysis experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing & Production Design Engineering.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, quality, and productivity.
- Lead NPI and process development initiatives.
- Oversee engineering projects, prioritization, and execution.
- Develop workflows, testing capabilities, and process controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Production.
- Provide customer-facing technical support for projects and issues.
- Coach and develop engineers to build engineering capability.
