Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience within a military or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Build-to-print manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering efforts and solve technical problems.
• Create and revise manufacturing travelers and work instructions.
• Lead coordination between teams to resolve manufacturability issues.
• Provide on-floor support during builds.
• Communicate technical risks and solutions to customers.
