Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years manufacturing/production operations or manufacturing engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience of manufacturing engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Lean layouts and Six Sigma/Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to meet divisional, site, and value‑stream goals.
• Design and develop tools, controls, equipment, and processes for fabrication and assembly.
• Develop new production methods, layouts, and interfaces with quality control to resolve issues.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent; drive CI savings and lean improvements.
