Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering or engineering management experience.
• Hands-on leader with 5+ engineers managed, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Active coding in current or recent EM role and shipping production software.

Aufgaben

• Manage a pod of 6-8 engineers with 1:1s, feedback, and career growth.
• Own execution cadence: planning, retros, delivery health, risk surfacing.
• Code 10-20% of the time to stay close to engineering work.
• Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads on priorities and architecture.
• Onboard new engineers and maintain clear ownership and docs.
