You will shape the team’s direction across .NET/C#, Angular, Python, Node.js, and React, while driving CI/CD, cloud-native delivery, and AI-enabled workflows. The position emphasizes practical leadership and technical credibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with senior/lead experience and prior team leadership.
• Hands-on full-stack development depth and ongoing delivery responsibility.
• Proficiency with Python, Node.js, and React for modern apps.
• Experience maintaining and modernizing .NET/C# services and Angular front ends.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development workflows in real delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute production code regularly while guiding the team in best practices.
• Own the team's technical direction, architecture decisions, and long-term health.
• Lead modernization of legacy components while delivering new capabilities.
• Manage pull requests, code reviews, and technical debt backlog.
• Hire, coach, and grow engineers; set high technical hiring standards.
• Develop agent operating instructions, verification protocols, and runbooks.
