MSCI Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small team of Associate engineers and provide both technical direction and people management.

You will own delivery quality, mentorship, code reviews, and hands-on architecture, shipping features alongside the team. You will build end-to-end features across frontend and backend, integrate with Go-based APIs, collaborate with product and design, and raise engineering standards through direct involvement in daily work.

Qualifikationen

• Strong frontend fundamentals (UI architecture, performance, accessibility).
• Experience building and integrating APIs in production systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers (informal acceptable).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, geospatial or data-heavy systems.
• Ability to collaborate with PMs and designers.

Aufgaben

• Lead a small team of Associate and Senior Associate engineers with technical direction and people management.
• Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend, integrating with Go-based APIs.
• Perform code reviews, mentor the team, and set technical standards through direct contribution.
• Debug across the full stack and ensure product behavior reflects real-world data.
• Maintain high delivery quality and team morale through regular 1:1s and performance feedback.
