Lighthouse Electric Co., Inc. seeks an Electrical Field Training Lead to raise on-site installation quality through hands-on training, coaching, and real-time correction across Journeyman Wiremen, Lead Wiremen, and Foremen.

You will model proper installation techniques, develop standard operating procedures, and mentor field crews in preparation, fabrication, and documentation while aligning with Lighthouse safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on electrical training and coaching abilities.
• Experience training field personnel across Journeyman to Foreman levels.
• Familiarity with electrical installation methods including prefabrication and modular installs.
• Working knowledge of QC/CX field checks and field documentation requirements.

• Perform electrical installation work alongside field crews as a player‑coach and reinforce Lighthouse standards.
• Model proper installation techniques and professional job-site behavior.
• Identify and retrain installation habits before they scale across projects.
• Train and mentor field personnel for multiple roles in technology and oversight.
• Update and document standard operating procedures and enterprise deliverables.
