Zusammenfassung

WSB is seeking an Electrical Field Lead to provide structured oversight of contractor work, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence. You will serve as the primary coordination point between contractors and the client, facilitating communication and corrective actions to resolve safety and performance concerns.

This full-time, on-site role requires 4 years of electrical distribution/transmission experience, lineman apprenticeship completion, OSHA 1910.269 and OSHA 10 training, and

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of Lineman Apprenticeship Program preferred.
• 4 years of experience in electrical distribution and/or transmission line construction, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to perform energized work on electric utility systems.
• OSHA 1910.269 electrical safety standards (minimum 4 hours) and OSHA 10 safety training.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; First Aid/CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Ensure work complies with electrical construction standards and safety policies.
• Oversee daily crew activities; monitor safety, productivity, and quality.
• Validate contractor invoicing and approve/deny Time & Equipment and change orders.
• Maintain and submit daily reports and project documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve safety and performance concerns.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are observed.
• Coordinate between crew, power company, contractors, and management.
• Capture job site photos and maintain organized project records.
