Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred with strong field leadership.
• Ability to read plans and assess site conditions.
• Strong communication and safety focus on job sites.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned jobs in the field and manage daily progress.
• Review scope, adapt installation approach, and inform leadership of changes.
• Ensure work meets code, standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain momentum without sacrificing quality.
• Coordinate labor, tools, and materials to meet timelines.
• Identify schedule risks early and address them.
• Inspect work for quality and code compliance before closeout.
• Direct helpers and apprentices; teach safe methods and expectations.
