Qualifications

• Experience as Engineering Director or equivalent, leading 20–30+ engineers.
• Strong hands-on software engineering skills and a passion for coding.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software, including complex integrations, security, and deployments.
• Startup or scale-up experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical architecture, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Commercially minded, owning outcomes with proactive ownership.
