Salary: $250K-$300K Base | Total Package up to $400K

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to help build and scale the company's engineering capabilities.

This is not a traditional management role. You'll be writing production code, making key architectural decisions, working closely with enterprise customers, and eventually building and leading your own engineering teams.

The role offers a clear pathway towards VP of Engineering, with significant ownership and influence over the company's technical direction.

• Startup or scale-up experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical architecture, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• A proactive, commercially minded individual who takes full ownership of outcomes.

Nice to Have: Experience with AI/LLMs, fintech, regulated industries, distributed teams, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
