Treasury Prime, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead software, DevOps, and data while shaping AI direction.

This executive role focuses on building a strong team, setting clear technical direction, and aligning engineering work with customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with the CEO and Product to scale a security‑minded, highly visible platform trusted by banks and fintechs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading engineering organizations through managers
• Head of engineering experience with executive-level exposure
• Strong foundation in backend systems, APIs, and distributed architecture
• Experience leading DevOps or infrastructure and data teams
• Track record of building teams and navigating constant change and AI adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: coach engineers, DevOps, data, and managers with a culture of ownership
• Set direction: align engineering strategy with company goals and customer outcomes
• Keep customers at the center: ensure UX and business needs drive technical work
• Build with AI: integrate AI into scalable, trustworthy workflows and measure impact
• Work across the company: partner with Product and other execs to steer strategy
• Run a secure, regulated platform: oversee security reviews and SOC 2/PCI readiness
