Job summary

Get Well Clinic is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to own day-to-day clinic operations across five sites, working directly with the owner and two other Director-level leaders who oversee systems/IT and clinical quality. This role requires visible leadership in the clinics, not a remote management approach.

You will be responsible for people management and operating metrics, traveling between Humble, Pearland, College Station, and Lufkin to oversee staffing, performance, and process

Qualifications

• 3+ years running multi-site operations for a clinic group or similar healthcare network.
• Experience with KPI tracking, staff performance management, and escalation paths.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable in front-line clinics and with owner-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and staff across five locations; conduct 1:1s, reviews, and performance actions.
• Track visit volumes and financial KPIs per location; monitor patient intake flow and bottlenecks.
• Handle patient complaints, service recovery, and Google reviews responses; ensure standards across sites.
