Job summary

Croell, Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a hands-on Construction Crew Superintendent to lead and train a 4–6 person team. This role covers the Southwest Region with extensive travel and long days to meet project timelines.

You will oversee safety, schedules, and quality as you assemble and install ready-mix plant components, steel structures, and related equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, construction know-how, and a willingness to work closely with crews on site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on construction sites and ability to manage crews.
• Willing to travel extensively across regions.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and project specs.
• Pass pre-employment screen, MVR and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction crews through all phases of projects, including planning, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate daily work activities to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and required paperwork.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety policies.
