Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Clinical Education Program Supervisor, Hands-On Learning, to provide leadership and operational oversight for hands-on clinical education initiatives that build confidence and skill.

You will partner across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan, implement, monitor enrollment and completion, track outcomes with dashboards, and drive continuous program improvements in a fast-paced dental support organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical education, education operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using data, reporting, and metrics to drive outcomes.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team oversight.
• Dental or healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the Clinical Education Program Coordinator.
• Own tracking, reporting, and performance measurement for hands-on learning.
• Lead implementation of hands-on learning initiatives and oversee operations.
• Coordinate participant enrollment, scheduling, and completion tracking.
• Build partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to support program delivery.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
