Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Valid trade license (Journeyman or Master Electrician) as required by locality.
• EPA/CFC certification required.
• Driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust boilers, chillers, DX units, VAV, and air distribution.
