Preston Auto Group in New Castle, PA is seeking a Sales BDC Manager who will personally produce at a high level while hiring, training, and developing a two-person BDC Sales Representatives team. The role focuses on leveraging Mastermind to engage the existing owner base and service customers, shortening the buying cycle and driving sales before customers defect.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership required.
• Experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, CRM follow-up, Mastermind, equity mining, lease retention, or dealership sales preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, competitive, organized, and accountable to daily activity goals.

Responsibilities

• Personally make outbound calls and drive appointment activity; manage and coach two BDC Sales Representatives.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop the BDC team.
• Work existing owner and service customer base through Mastermind to create sales opportunities.
• Track performance metrics: calls, appointments, shows, sales, and closing percentages.
• Create scalable processes, scripts, and best practices for a growing BDC.
