Job summary

Turnberry Isle Apartments in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to support residential services at a high standard. You will respond to resident requests, troubleshoot systems, and perform preventative maintenance across the community.

Candidates with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades are encouraged. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site work is standard.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems for maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of community amenities, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas; interact professionally with residents.
