Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs to keep apartments and common areas safe and functional.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems and complete required maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and maintain move-in readiness.
• Inspect building systems and common areas for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; interact professionally with residents and onsite teams.
