Job summary

ASML is seeking a Team Lead First Line Support Production Engineer to lead the First Line Support team in the Wilton, CT factory. You will coordinate daily activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety and quality while aligning with production and engineering requirements.

The role includes acting as a primary shift escalation point, supporting root-cause analysis, and driving cycle-time improvements across lean manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or science with 2+ years in production or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in a high-tech production environment; hands-on engineering support in optical fabrication/assembly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support personnel during the assigned shift, ensuring resources align to production priorities.
• Guide troubleshooting activities, review engineering disturbance notices, and drive timely production issue resolution.
• Coordinate shift tasks, prioritize work, and ensure safety, quality, and production standards.
