Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in the West Bend, WI area is seeking a dependable Hand Welder & Fabricator for our 1st shift. This role focuses on hand welding, finishing, and precision grinding on custom tool, die and stamping components.

Direct-hire with strong team culture, ISO 9001:2015 certification, and opportunities for overtime. Compensation starts at up to $24/hour with benefits including health/dental/vision and a 401(k). Training available for motivated applicants seeking growth.

Qualifications

• Welding/finishing experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Must reside within a 45-minute daily commute of West Bend, WI.
• US work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) in a 100% on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Execute Hand Welding to join custom metal stampings, dies, fixtures, and laser-cut assemblies.
• Perform Metal Finishing & Grinding to smooth welds and prep surfaces.
• Inspect Weld Quality to ensure ISO-standard workmanship and customer specs.
• Maintain Fixtures & Workstations, keeping 5S shop organization.
• Support Team Production Goals with overtime during peak demand.
