Qualifications

• Welding or finishing background preferred; training available.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of West Bend.
• US work authorization required (citizen or green card).

Responsibilities

• Hand weld to join metal stampings, dies, fixtures, prototypes.
• Finish welds and prepare surfaces with grinders and deburring tools.
• Inspect weld quality per ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures and 5S workspace organized.
• Support production goals with potential overtime.
