Job summary

Ideal candidates have welding experience or strong mechanical aptitude and are willing to train. Must live within 45 minutes of West Bend and be authorized to work in the U.S. This is a direct-hire, on-site position with availability for overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in hand welding, grinding, deburring or shop fabrication preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with safety and quality focus.
• Must reside within 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on stampings, dies, fixtures and prototypes.
• Finish welds with grinders, sanders and deburring tools.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO and customer specifications.
• Maintain welding fixtures, alignment equipment and 5S workspace.
• Support production goals with overtime during peak demand.
