Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, and provide custom splinting and orthotics in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include supervising OT staff and students, educating patients on orthoses, and managing post-surgical cases with scar management and return-to-work rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• DPT or DOT (PT/OT) preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care for hand/upper-extremity rehab.
• Provide custom splinting and orthotic fabrication.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehab cases (scar management, edema, wound care).
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians for interdisciplinary care planning.
• Supervise OT staff, assistants, and students; educate patients on orthosis wear and precautions.
