Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy, including custom splinting and orthosis fabrication, while guiding patients through recovery and return-to-work goals.

You will supervise OT staff and students, coordinate with hand surgeons and other clinicians, and lead post-surgical rehabilitation, scar management, and edema control as part of a

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required for OT/PT practice.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and plan care for hand/upper-extremity conditions.
• Provide therapy interventions appropriate to patient age and disability.
• Document Occupational Therapy services delivered.
• Supervise OT Assistants, students and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear, care and precautions.
• Treat post-surgical and injury rehabilitation cases, including scar management and edema control.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians and other therapists; participate in care planning.
